"the owner is roseanne palermo, and thom is her brother in law. they are all slum lords who rent out units under false advertising and tell prospective tenants lies to collect money, that they in turn use to do the bare minimum to flip, basically putting lipstick on a pig. she is being sued for her negligence to the entire building, and she also owns walten apts on 10th and walnut which is on verge of being condemned by the city. run as fast as you can from them."

According to the property manager, the landlord refuses to approve the repair, so my elderly greyhound and I have been without central air for the entire summer. As of today, there is still no word on repair despite daily requests. I have been a model tenant, and the folks in charge here seem to have no interest in doing the right thing."
