"Overall a good experience. I'm a builder with a high level of expectations in quality, especially in this case as it was going inside a home. After ordering breeze block from another supplier and being disappointed with the rough quality of it I found Dag Block and Ken sent photos of their block up close to see the quality before ordering (I'm located in Michigan). Ken also offered and additional service to grind down the faces of the block after hearing about the quality I was looking for. He sent photos of that option as well and I decided on going with it. I would recommend ordering 10-20% more than needed as some edges were still chipped beyond useful. We polished the exposed ends to match the faces without too much trouble.
