"Excellent prices and the staff was easy to work with. Lots of furniture to choose from to fill my new apartment"
"I didn't find what I needed but they had a little of everything. Some very nice pieces of furniture. Really cute end tables and such. I actually had to hold back from buying something."
"Prices are extremely high. I go to this store, generally once a week or two. Today I went into the store and I saw a 1.5” small puller. Took it up to the counter and asked how much it was and the guy said what is it, so I can look it up online to get a price. I hesitated to tell him what it was (I didn’t want to help him if he didn’t know what it was), then I said it’s a puller. He said they are going for $50 online, it’s $50. I said she ( Manager) said a hand drill and this puller was $8 and the manager came out from around the corner. She said when did I give you that price? I said two weeks ago, she said I m not going to honor a price from two weeks ago. My thoughts are (No especially when the other worker looked it up and it’s $50). I also asked about a drill press a volunteer showed me in the back and the gentleman said it was sold. So I put the puller tool back. As I was coming back to the front of the store I glanced to my right and the drill press was still there. As I was leaving I said how do you come up with these prices for these items. I said you have two windows in the back that are marked $268 each. She said that not true because I don’t mark prices with an 8 on the end of a price. She said I don’t have to justify the prices to you! I said your right you don’t. Then she said we look up the item online and see what it goes for new then marks it down from there 30 to 40% off. I said if you had a fair price and the customer would be happy that they got a quality product. But your prices are really high. She said we get a lot of people to come in and buy products and are very happy. I then said I have volunteered for doing electrical on houses out in Utica area for Habitat for Humanity. I said to the Manager you get these as free donations right? Yes and it’s to help a cause. But your not helping a cause if the items are sitting here in your store and not sold. Have a good day Rodney"
"You guys remembered the exact piece I was interested in when I came in for the second time today, and the price could not have been better! I gave it a new look after bringing it home. Great service & great store as always. Thank you so much!!"
"I decided to buy used furniture instead of new ones and came across this store. I spent no more than $420 on a dining table with 6 chairs, a couch, 2 long bureaus, a computer desk and an armoire. The furniture are in excellent shape and beautiful. They don’t do delivery, but they had contacts of people who did. I contacted Robert of Man With A Van and he gave me a reasonable price. I’m very satisfied with my furniture and the customer service. I will be returning when I may need something else and I also recommend this furniture store to anyone reading this review."
