"i wanted to fill out a application and get on the wait list, i came in to the westfall heights location and i gave my name and what i was there for the lady at the window was rude and wont even give me a application and told me my kind is not welcome and that if i managed to get a application she would make sure it didnt go through that black people dont need to be there she also stated that she will make sure black people didnt get a townhouse, i call the main office about her many times, i have also heard stories about this lady and how she treat people of color, i wont recommended this place also, she shouldnt treat people bad when not knowing who she could be talking to as im a lawyer of downtown rochester and thats discrimination the only way to fix this is to rent to people thats of color before i take this to court and etc!"

"Parking is not the best but overall living here is peaceful and quiet. Pros: conveniently located near stores, business, jobs. Washer and dryer hookups On site laundry Maintenance who get the job done. Playground for kids & big field next to townhouses is also nice for kids to run around in. Rooms are decent. Second bedroom is rather tiny—especially if you have two children sharing. Computer room and community room. Cons: Basement is basically a dungeon. You sometimes get crackpots that speed through the parking lot. Some townhouses have no parking so you have to either park in the side or hope you get a good spot. Closet doors constantly fall off."
