"The only thing that’s positive about Apex is their new front desk staff (Sydney and team), they are amazing. Even the new manager is really helpful. Other than that the maintenance staff is really bad, and especially if you have a pet please choose someplace else cause the place is poorly maintained and there are cigarette buds lying everywhere. Choose someplace else like Lodge which is way better and even has Dog park"

"I have not received my security deposit after moving out from APEX for 4 months. I called the office and they are nice talking with me and said they will sending me a new check to my address. However, I haven’t received my check for 40 days after that! How long I supposed to wait?"

"I called Sydney on Friday morning, frantic but calm, needing to find a new place for my daughter and her roommates to live. We needed to move them ASAP as we found mold in their leased housing. We were concerned that their health would be compromised. My daughter did have other requirements for new housing, Sydney listened and came back with options. She was available to answer our questions on Saturday...she coordinated a tour and with the help of her colleagues, K (not sure of the spelling) & Taylor, we were able to get keys to move in on Sunday. The kids are happy in their new place, not yet settled but belongings cleaned and moved in. Thank you so much Sydney & the staff at Apex. We are looking forward to a better second year here at RIT. "The room is absolutely perfect! I like the amenities(gym, study rooms, pool table, gaming zone, swimming, computer room, free printing) and the atmosphere in general over here. I'm also blessed with awesome roommates . Even if I miss the shuttle, it's a 15min walk to campus (which gives me my morning exercise). Lastly, the Management is very helpful and professional especially Sydney at the main counter/ reception. She is efficient, responsible, has a very positive attitude, and a genuinely kind and helpful person. She is the go-to person here, if you have any query, she will have the solution! P.S. the view from my corridor is awesome!"

"Visitor parking was full so I parked in the back of the lot when I was visiting friends. Wasn't there for more than 6 hours and was towed and had to pay $240, this is ridiculous! The parking lot is basically empty. Why do you have people towing this frequently?? This doesn't benefit anyone and only hurts the residents and their guests. I've never had an issue parking when visiting people at Apex last year. It's a college campus of course you're going to have people visiting. Don't live here."
