"George is a one of a kind landlord. In my rental experiences in the past, I've had good and bad management, but George is a step above. He is very personable, hands-off, and responsive. Very reachable by text. He has also been very considerate and flexible with my living situations and made me feel at ease with the process when I was looking for places. The apartments themselves are great. I feel so comfortable here, which is extra important for me given I work from home full time. Outside of work, the space is great for having people over, cooking, and relaxing. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious. I haven't seen a single bug inside unless it came in because I left a door open. In past apartments, I saw bugs all the time. The space is very well cleaned and maintained. New floors were put in which George asked for my preference on color ahead of time. The walls are a very home-y color. The balcony is great during the summertime. All in all, the place feels like a home and it's in a great location. Having a property manager who is willing to work with you is the cherry on top. Highly recommend and feel very lucky to have found this place."

"Just moved in a couple weeks ago and I absolutely love it here. George is by far the best landlord I have ever rented from. He really cares about his tenants and it shows in the way the property is kept up. The apartments themselves are extremely spacious. The views around the windows are great but the view from the balcony as seen below are even better. This apartment feels less like an apartment and more like a ranch style home as once inside, it is so spacious but well insolated that you forget you live in a complex. Maintenance has been great and George is very receptive to his tenants. From what my new neighbors have said, people come and stay for years as its that nice of a place to live. Honestly I could go on and on about this place but after spending my 20s moving around from apartment to apartment managed by various different companies and landlords over the years, its nice to enter my 30s in a fully equipped home I can see myself staying in long term that is managed well by someone who cares. This checks all the boxes. You can't go wrong here. Well done George and your staff at Hylan Place!"

"I completed both undergrad and grad at RIT and have lived at multiple apartments throughout the time. These are by far the best apartments in Henrietta. Great location, the apartments and outdoor areas are all very clean and well maintained. All the neighbors are very nice and help each other. It's also a very safe and secure place with cameras in the parking lot. Lastly, your application is reviewed by the owner and he is always very easy to get a hold of. There's not many places where you get to work with the owner!!!"
