"I am very disappointed. I live above someone who does not work. I have decided to get an attorney so I can get out of my lease. I cannot stay here any further. My son can not even sleep at night for school because the tenants make noise 24 hours a day. I have had it! DO NOT MOVE HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE! DO NOT MOVE HERE! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPLEX. IF YOU LIKE A QUIET PLACE THEN THIS IS NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU!!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE! DO NOT MOVE HERE! I ABSOLUTELY HATE IT HERE! DO NOT MOVE HERE!"

"My last rent renewal was ridiculous. We now have to pay for the complex liability insurance. In the past I was required to carry renter insurance, including liability. I have kept this policy, but they will not allow me to use that and waive the monthly fee, so I have to pay nearly 10x what my own liability insurance costs. They no longer pay the heat/hot water, and had absolutely no idea what the gas bill would cost for a typical month. So far, it ranges from $13 to $40, plus a $5 "utility" fee. And we haven't had any really cold nights so far, soo I imagine it could be much higher. Automatic payments use to be free. When the new management took over, they started charging. So I paid by check for no fee. Must have been too many people doing that, so they added a check charge more than the auto payment fee. Which, btw doubled this month, now $2. Don't even think about paying by credit card, that's over $30.00 each time. All that said, the complex is fairly quiet, and even with the nickel/diming on the rent, is still one of the lower cost rentals in the area."

"I'm beside myself. I asked for a new vanity for the bathroom (the other was smelling of mold?) They replaced it but didn't finish the work. As I love my apartment. The kitchen is very much outdated. The cabinets are smelling of mold now. Thank you"

"Absolutely horrendous. We have lived here for a few years now and management has changed multiple times. Nobody answers the phone, work orders are not filled and the website lies. The pool has been closed and there is no community center like they advertise. Apartments go without locks and mold grows in the apartments. Neighbor's apartment flooded and it took hours for maintenance to arrive despite being notified at the start of the day. On top of that they just raised rent. Do not come here. Update: The team left a message to my review saying they completed all of our work orders...this is a lie. We have water dripping from our ceiling and they have known for weeks. This place is absolute trash."

"Little Creek is a quaint community nestled in the woods off of Coldwater Road in Gates between Buffalo Road and Chili-Coldwater Road. The property is less than 5 minutes from Chili Center with access to stores like Chili-Paul Wegmans, Target, Ferrari’s Pizza Bar, Aldi, and is 10 minutes away from Robert’s Wesleyan College. At the community, Lilly, the property manager, is vibrant and friendly, attentive to all tenant needs or concerns, and makes the move-in process simple and efficient. Emily, one of the assistants in the office, is also pleasant and helpful. Overall, the quality of the remodeled units, cleanliness of the grounds, friendliness of the staff, and helpfulness of the maintenance crew has surpassed my expectations for this community. I highly recommend Little Creek to anyone looking for their first or long-term home!"
