"We just moved into our 3 bedroom townhome with a finished basement 2/1/23. I have nothing but good things to say. Cheryl made the application process so smooth and simple, and is quick to communicate! She’s so kind and put my mind at ease during the chaos of moving. When I noticed that my dishwasher was dirty upon move in, they offered to replace it completely! They even replaced the corded blinds in my daughters room with cordless ones! As mentioned in other reviews, the parking situation can be a bit messy. Especially because some driveways are shorter than others based on the layouts of the buildings themselves. But when you look at the price and the amenities, it absolutely makes up for the small parking concerns. My home is completely soundproof. I haven’t heard a peep from anyone, and I doubt they’ve heard me. The security system is an added bonus, and I love how there’s Ethernet in every room! There’s so many small details about my townhome that really make it feel like a house. It was SO clean upon move in (minus the dishwasher, but that’s being taken care of) which I’ve never had at any other rentals. These properties have clearly been well maintained over the years. My baseboards look new, the walls are smooth and well painted. I feel like I’m renting from people who care about how my home looks and feels, instead of people who just do things the cheapest way possible just to make the biggest profit they can. Attention to detail is so important to me and this place has it. Overall, I feel so thankful to be here, and will surely be a long term tenant!"
"Townhomes are beautiful, the bedrooms and closets are huge and the laundry room between them is a nice bonus! However since the day we moved in there have been nails coming up through the kitchen floor which is bothersome, and parking is horrendous with the driveway only being the length of one car and the overflow parking always being full causing people to park on both sides of the street which makes it a little difficult to navigate just to get home every night, including someone always parking at the stop sign which is illegal and hard to see around. Another downside is at the application process takes way too long, I have never had to wait 7 to 10 days to know if my application has been approved or not and then to have to pay first month and last month and security all upfront is insane especially when the rent is $1200! On the up side - Mike & the other maintenance guy, sorry I do not know his name, are great!! Extremely respectful and very nice and do what they say they are going to do! Not too sure about the office though, if you schedule a maintenance time with her she forgets to tell the guys and then you are stuck waiting around for hours until you walk over there yourself to find out what is going on or if you cancel a time she also forgets to tell the guys and then they show up anyway which of course is no fault of their own and they are very nice and apologetic when it happens. I would definitely recommend these townhomes, but only if you are a one vehicle family because the parking is the biggest issue! I could also do without the disrespectful neighbors across the street that seem to run the place and park their cars wherever they feel like it and create a lot of noise disturbances. Lastly, they rip you off with the water bill! I know for a fact they do not charge what is billed for your water usage. The bill goes to corporate and then they add on a bunch of their own fees and send you a bill that they create, its not even from the village. Our water bill was at least $180 each time, but now that we own our own 2,000sq ft home, we only pay $71 every 4 months, so what does that tell you! It doesnt even seem legal to be able to charge residents 2-3x what the actual bill is!"
"We couldn’t be happier with our application process and what Creek Crossing had to offer. We were invited for a tour and met with the leasing agent and maintenance staff, both were so kind and friendly. The application process was a breeze. We highly recommend."
"This is a perfect quite community to raise your children up in, The Hilton school district is awesome,My children are excelling in their accidemics. The neighbors are either friendly or simply just stay to themselves. These Townhomes are very spacious and nicely built, The only thing they could have improved on,Should have bin the parking in front of your unit. It's only room for one vehicle, Especially if you are using the attached garage for your motor cycles and storage.Other than that our representative for Creek Crossing Townhomes, Ms. Anne Toomey has bin a very professional Representative, She always responds back to your Messages, she's very helpful and has a great sense of humor, & is a people's person!!!!!!!!!!!"
"PLEASE READ REVIEW BEFORE LOOKING AT THIS PLACE! This only has 1 star because voting "0" stars isn't possible. I've only lived here for 1.5 years and we got a "brand new town home" Where to start .... Well when we moved in, the basement wasn't sealed and had a pile of lime dust in the corner. After we called they came and sealed it. Then, I went to open the floor vent in the master bedroom and got blasted with saw dust that was left in there. Also in the vent was plastic wrappers, some other garbage(napkins), and nails. The cabinets had dust piles in the back of them we had to clean out. There were holes in the laundry room doors from where "they messed up putting the knobs on". The wooden decks are already starting to warp. The tiles are already rising up. The outlet covers are all loose and cords don't stay plugged in. There are random nails that are starting to pop up in the floors that feel awesome when you step on the,m. The "plowing" that is included doesn't really exist. The street is only plowed once a day. The driveway currently has so much snow in it that my wife is parked at the end of it because she couldn't get up the the garage with all the snow. The water in the shower is luke warm on a good day. There was a big yellow stain on the tiles when we moved in. This place was totally built in the cheapest way possible with the cheapest labor they could find. I've actually had people who worked on them tell me how terribly built and constructed they are (my friend ran the piping for them, which actually works). The cable guy also asked to go in my basement and came up laughing saying "you got lucky, they didn't mess your wiring up like other ones in here". Maintenance never answers the phone when you call. Look at other places, only go here as a last resort. Don't be fooled by the nice model home they show you. They may look nice but they are a nightmare."
