"I lived here for 18 months. Was very nice but i was told that my non refundable $500 deposit would be put torwards my move out and it is absolutely not the case at all. They told me it went torwards garbage (which was supposed to be included) and landscaping (in which I also had too pull weeds that they never came to pull) which was very frustrating. The floors are very cheaply put together, they continuously lifted during my entire stay in which I would call and they never came to fix and then tried to charge me at move out for them. Also make sure you read the fine print in your lease agreement. You pay a $100 for your key fob and then still have to pay more when returning it. My rent for my 2 bedroom was $1327 a month and I still am getting billed additional fees when moving out. Other than that community was very clean and quiet."

"I have lived at Greenwood Park for almost 9 months. I have a 2 bed/2 bath townhome. It is absolutely beautiful, so bright and airy. The floorplan, finishes and colors are great. The outside area of the townhome has a covered porch in the front, the back has a patio. The common outside area is gorgeous with small ponds, flowers, shrubs, many places to walk, run and bike. It is kept up nicely. I also have to add that the manager, Jennifer, is very kind, and whenever I have a question or need, she gets back to me immediately. I am very happy living here and would definitely give Greenwood Park the highest rating."

"I just moved to Greenwood a few weeks ago. After my last experience, I must say that living here is a whole other world. The community is very quiet and peaceful. The staff has been wonderful and overly accommodating. The apartments are brand new, clean and energy efficient. I would recommend this complex to friends and family any day."
