"I have lived here since 2003 and the condition of the park has gone down hill, particularly in my area. There is flooding when it rains. The road was bad for many years but recently has been paved. Currently I have to call the office every couple of months now due to a sewage smell around my property. I have been told it has something to do with their plumbing system. The smell goes away once they do whatever they do to fix it but I shouldn't have to be smelling these sewage gases! Its unhealthy and it's in my home! I have never had this problem in all my years of living here. Currently the lot rent is high and raises annually. I have begun house hunting. I cant justify paying for such poor service and living conditions."
