C&M Rental

"All the good ads here are here because they are taking money off rent if you leave a good review!!!!! My basement is currently flooded with sewer waste and I submitted an emergency request on 1/27 before the water started flooding in the basement fully. On the 1st I messaged the landlord wanting to know what is going on with a plumber because tone the basement has flooded completely and has feces floating down there. The landlord decided to try putting a pump down there but was draining it into the backyard. Now we have a flooded basement and yard and can’t take our dogs back there. The health inspector made a visit and said they were illegally pumping sewer water into the yard and that the basement is a hazard and they would be getting multiple health code violations. A plumber stopped by one time tried using a plunger and gave up, left and hasn’t been back since. And when I contacted the plumber myself I was told that they told the landlord it needs one of their more advanced plumbers but the landlord still hasn’t set up a time for them to come back. The number provided by the landlord for emergencies isn’t a working number and it often takes days to get ahold of anyone for anything."

Communication is key to getting things done. With that being said we have never had an issue with candmrental and I would highly recommend them to anyone."

"They told me the property I was viewing was is taken but when we went to view told us we got it because no other people put in an app or viewed apartment. I few robbed no lie. These places take application fees non stop but either deny or don’t respond back to us in weeks . Im on the verge of homelessness because no one reaches out until after the unit is now sold even tho no one applied but me smh"
