"Should you live here don't expect your security deposit back. Management will find any small excuse to keep it. Any time maintenance was needed they make you feel like you are inconveniencing them. Management tried to convince me that i had to pay for a bed bug treatment for the neighbors apartment downstairs because it could have come up to my apartment after i moved out, when i said no I wouldn't split the cost because i don't live there they then refused to give back my security deposit. When I said id take it to small claims court to get it back they simply said "good luck" horrible experience all around."
"Lived here for two years and I have no complaints, management was always responsive to my calls. Extra storage space provided in the basement which is a big plus as well as high efficiency washer and dryer. Conveniently located 2 minutes walking distance to Delaware Ave and Sheridan Drive, so access to bus lines is excellent. Plaza with Tops and Aldi's is a 5 minute walk away. Not fancy, but a clean and decent place to live."
"Lived there for about 8 years. Slum lords. The building should be condemned. Didn't have a freaking storm door for the last 2 years we lived there. Constant basement flooding. Bathroom plumbing exploded and leaked into the kitchen twice and they just paint over what will eventually mold. Rent goes up $50 a month every single year but there are never improvements. Good luck getting them to return a call. When we moved in there was a giant hole in a window that had a pair of shorts stuffed in it to block air... Didn't matter because nine of the windows were sealed and you could legit see outside... Through the walls..."
