At present, Jalie is our manager and John is in charge of maintenance and I couldn't be happier. They are pleasant, helpful, friendly and willing to go the extra mile for the tenants. If there is an issue, it is addressed promptly and efficiently. Based on my interactions with Jalie and John, I feel their job performance deserves 5 stars."

"My fiancé and I moved into these apartments 7 months ago. From the start they did everything they said they would to fix up the apartment we were going to move into. They gave us fresh paint, freshly cleaned carpets, brand new countertops in the kitchen, a new outdoor rug for our patio and gave a new finish to the bath tub. The manager was very accommodating and answered any questions we had throughout the moving process. The manager made it an easy transition for my fiancé since this was her first apartment and she had to do most of the business work alone while I was deployed. We would recommend this location for anyone working in the buffalo/city area. Grocery stores, and essantials are located within a 2 mile radius."

"I moved here as my 1st apartment almost 3 months ago and have not had a good experience thus far. My apartment was not move in ready did alot of cleaning myself. One of the amenities offered is 24/7 maintenance. It took 3 weeks after I moved in for someone to come address my issues as they did not have any staffing. I'm still having the same issues, dealing with broken promises everytime I have called main office. I went to corporate location with a promise someone would call me back which has never happened either. I expected more from MJ peterson"
