"For my first apartment, I really learned a life lesson living here and probably the worse life decision I ever made. From the beginning, the day I moved in they didn't even have an apartment ready for me to move into and I had driven 5 hours with all my belongings and family to help me move. I should've ran from then. There were number of occasions where I had to hound the office to fix my door, get rid of pests. They don't care. I've had packages stolen from in front of my door, they don't plow the parking lot well. After dealing with that for almost a year I requested to terminate my lease which Ernesto the leasing manager agreed to for a fee of $500 and to put it in writing. Once I sent the letter in writing, I was told I could no longer terminate my lease after already signing the lease for where I was going to move. I let the leasing office know, the apartment was inhabitable with pest, flies, mice and I had to constantly sleep at a friends house just to avoid sleeping in my apartment since they wouldn't fix anything and that I already received approval to terminate from Ernesto. The office refused to address anything even after I sent letter after letter to the leasing office. Don't make the same mistake I did, especially if you're not from Syracuse you don't want your first experience in the area to be living in a terrible apartment complex. There are way better studio living options around , I wish I had the opportunity to check them out before settling for this place. I absolutely regret it!"

"My boyfriend and I found ourselves in a tough spot and needed a place to live immediately, so we decided here. The apartments themselves are nice, with the exception of minor scratches and cracked tiles and broken knobs on our stove..... the neighbors? Don’t expect to get any kind of rest. I work two jobs that require me to get up at 4 AM, I have an hour or two when I get out to relax before I have to be at my other job that ends up at 11 PM, so I need a little bit of rest and have to sleep immediately after my second job. Well, there’s always music blasting so loudly, you’d think that talking to the office might do something, but after calling the police almost every day because the office won’t do anything about it, I would advise you otherwise. The walkways are always littered with garbage despite it being in the lease that you can get evicted if you do it consistently..... good luck not sliding and crashing in the winter since they never plow the parking lot. And if you fall asleep to the sound of people arguing, you’re in luck! At night, there is nothing but screaming. I am anxiously waiting for my lease to be done so I can move FAR away from here.... only 11 months to go."

"I really love my apartment here. I have lived here over a year. I have never had any serious issues here. Some of the neighbors are iffy but I work a lot and when I am home , I am always inside so I only have to deal with them in passing. I recommend this place to everyone looking for a one bedroom apartment. One bill. That's it. You get cable, wifi, and all utilities it's such a wonderful deal! I'll be sad when I have to move (only due to space for me and my child)"

"The place is great! The apartments are affordable and I love only having one bill. Maintenance is always kind and get any issues fixed rapidly. The ladies in the office are always nice and helpful, they truly care about me as a tenant. I have recommended these apartments to many people, and have received $100 off my rent a couple of times for people moving in using my name! I hope everyone can find a nice place to call home like I did!"
