Campus Walk Apartments

"This place is horrid. Residents are disgusting and management is no better. Students will use the complex parking lot as their personal club and cause a scene every night and trash the whole place. Sooo much garbage everywhere that no one bothers to take care of. i have no words, as much as they charge for rent it would be nice to walk outside my apartment to a clean sidewalk/lot. The scene that they caused tonight was my final straw to write this review. it’s currently 2am and there are multiple police cars outside trying to shut down whatever kind of disturbance was going on. Also, they false advertise special deals to trick you into signing the lease. When i signed mine, they had offered this flash sale of either $60 off of rent each month or something one month of rent free. I know for a fact I signed my lease during the dates the sale specifically stated. But as you can guess they never gave me my free month of rent because they are greedy liars and will do anything to scam a poor first time renting college student! And i’ve only been here for a week pray for me"

"Moved in a month ago. I'm happy with the location. The team in the office went above and beyond to make me feel welcome as I and my 2 dogs moved in from Kentucky. Everything I need is close by and the neighbors keep to themselves."

"My husband is trying to pay the rent. The website says it is not accepting online payments. He tries to call and the number to the leasing office is disconnected/ not working. We sent an email. No one has responded from last week. Very unprofessional. This has been a horrible experience."

"I DO NOT RECOMMEND LIVING HERE! I have lived here for over 2 years and I have experienced multiple different staffs and managers and based on what I’ve seen the main person to blame for all situations is the OWNER. He does not care about anything but his profit of the property he doesn’t care about his tenants at all. There lease is a scam they offer multiple things on it that the property does not have. For example, a hot tub, a basketball/volleyball and even a tanning center which is no where on the site. Multiple people have roommate issues because they disregard what people request due to them wanting to desperately fill the buildings. I pay rent here on time every month, and my wishes are still not considered. They are very quick to fine you but are not quick to resolve your issues so with that I definitely do not RECOMMEND."

"Do NOT come here. Would NOT recommend. The way these people run the facility is disgusting. They do not care for the safety nor wellbeing of their residents. You can make complaints to their office but nothing will be done yet they still expect you to pay them full rent on time but refuse to efficiently and correctly address any issues. The owner and management are also very rude and disrespectful so you can’t even take your concerns higher up. The prices are not worth the apartment at all. You have a better chance living more comfortably by moving to monarch than in campus walk. I recommend staying on campus or choosing a different facility to live in."
