"This is the 2nd time I have used Roto Rooter and once again I am beyond happy with the job they did!! Woke up to a flooded basement, James came out to assess the damage, friendly, informative, and immediately put my mind at ease with what needed to be done. John and Bradley came out the following day, cleaned, sanitized and set up the equipment. These gentleman had put in a very long and I’m sure tiring week already with all of the flooding calls, but were prompt, efficient, and very helpful. I easily give them five stars ⭐️ And would highly recommend their services. You won’t be disappointed!!"

"What a mess with blockage causing sewage in basement. Root-Rooter crew came in. Tim was great. He didn’t quit until he had unplugged the pipe. Great personality too. Andrew Ramirez , clean up manager, helped me with claim and was here to talk to State Farm when they called me. It was great to have some one there to answer questions regarding this mess. "There is a reason this company has been in business so long. When every company I called in Rochester could not schedule until Monday--Roto-Rooter sent a plumber on Saturday--and the man arrived ahead of schedule on top of that. The work was worth every penny. When RR says 24/7 they mean it. Also, they do not charge a service fee for estimates. I don't see a reason to call a different plumbing company from now on. It was a pleasure to receive prompt, courteous, professional customer service as well. They are an old company with staying power."
