"Even though it was a huge clean nice place near my sister. I had problems, the pillows were way too soft, and they sent me harder ones. the inside pool was soooo freezing, I know I got sick for staying in only 15 minutes. The breakfast eggs were so watery and they could of had a better variety of cereal."

"Vehicle was vandalized while parked overnight in hotel parking lot. Staff was unsympathetic and not helpful. So Hotel responded to my review. My true disappointment was when staff was questioned on who to contact meaning what police agency had jurisdiction) they kept saying they don't understand what I'm asking. They stonewalling because they didn't want police involved. Then when they finally said call 911 it was my last resort. I'm am a 1st responder and KNOW 911 in for emergencies and they don't need to be hassled with regular police business when I may be interrupting actual police emergencies. And I asked respectfully to to be billed for next 2 nights because I was leaving, they stated after checkout time, you have to pay for tonight, basically adding insult to injury. I had to pay a detailer to get paid of tailgate ASAP. Didn't ask for restitution. I was angered by fact that they acted as if they could care less and wasn't their problem. Way to stand behind your product Comfort Inn. I was simply asking to walk away and not have it be an issue any longer. I WILL NEVER EVER STAY AT ANOTHER COMFORT INNS & SUITES OR CHOICE HOTEL BECAUSE THEY APPARENTLY COULD CARE LESS WHAT HAPPENS ON THEIR PROPERTIES. All I wanted was an "i'm sorry" and not have to pay for the nights I wasn't staying there. So it's my right to give them a poor review"

"Last time I stayed here it was nice and clean. This time the room was dirty the day we checked in. The light posts by the bed were both completely stained brown, blue graffiti marker writing on the head board, marker writing on the light switch, dirty used tissue under bathroom sink, the walls were stained, the shower curtain was stained, the smoke detector had something over it to cover it (not safe at all). Probably wont be staying again the price is too high for all of those things that were dirty and need replacing in a king suite room! The pool had so much chlorine in it us and other guest couldn't swim for longer then a half hour because our eyes were burning."

"We stayed over memorial day weekend and had a blast here. Pool was nice and not too cold or crowded. Breakfast was mostly good with a waffle maker, only complaint was the runny eggs. Customer service was great all workers were very friendly. Prices were great for the amount of fun we had. This is a very nice area with lots of restaurants and places to shop, it's also 15 mins away from destiny mall. The only thing I say needs some improvement are the rooms. There was cracks in the walls, chipped furniture, and a bathtub that was struggling to drain itself. Other than that though our space was very clean and we had a real great time hope to stay again."

"Grabbed this room after a really poor experience elsewhere (unsafe) but this place was FANTASTIC! Breakfast buffet was the typical Waffles sausage eggs toasts bagel etc. Food was good and warm. Pool was freezing cold but my daughter loved it anyway. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. Beds were comfy, water was hot, lots of parking. Close to everything shopping/restaurant wise. I would definitely stay here again!"
