Westminster Place Apartments

"9 YEAR TENANT HERE! My husband and I have been at Westminster for 9 years and have truly made this complex a home! For an older complex the buildings and grounds have been wonderfully maintained. We have seen changes in the front office staff over the years, and by far Brianna has been the kindest and most attentive person. Any concerns have always been addressed promptly and we are so grateful to have someone who truly cares about the tenants! Our maintenance staff is super attentive and are typically out within the same day of request. They are all very friendly, as are any contract workers who've assisted with maintaining the grounds (lawncare, pest control, etc.) Personally, our unit does not have a washer/dryer and this has been one of the seldom cons for us. Our parking lot is also a bit smaller than others, so parking can be difficult sometimes (particularly in the winter) but manageable. Additionally, we do hear noise from our downstairs tenants that have resided there (some more than others) so the walls are tad thin and noise can transfer. That said- the fire wall between our other side prevents sounds from the next-door unit. But again, any issues that we have had that are able to be managed, Brianna has been beyond helpful and always so happy to make it more comfortable! Though we don't have any pets, we love that this is a pet friendly complex and have adored seeing the dogs of all sizes/most breeds and cats around us! Are there complexes out there with more modern appliances, countertops, cabinets, hardwood floors, etc? Yes, which can be a bit frustrating when rent has increased and updates haven't been made inside of the units (though the external has been re-sided, painted, and balconies rebuilt). Clearly I've given a 5 star review for a reason, and we've stayed 9 years- we love Westminster :)"

"Westminster Place Apartments is by far the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. First I will start with the grounds. I never see trash or animal dropping anywhere at the facility. Snow is plowed right away and the roads and sidewalks are always salted when needed. Second the staff is amazing! I have place three work orders while living here the last year and a half. Every time I receive a response within 24 hours and most of the time it is quicker. If maintenance is an emergency they have people come right out. If it isn't an emergency response times are very quick and normally maintenance is done within 24-48 hours. All of the staff members are incredibly kind. Brianna is by far the best property manager I have ever worked with. If you are looking for an apartment Westminster should be your number one option."

The management team and maintenance team are both great at what they do and living here has been nothing short of amazing. "We have been here almost four years and it has been the best experience. The office staff is friendly, helpful, and courteous. Our maintenance team is awesome. Always quick to respond and very efficient. We love the park like atmosphere and the pristine conditions the grounds are kept in. Highly recommend it here. The neighbors and the doggies are the best. (Kitties too). Great place to reside. Oh, by the way our canine daughter, Molly, loves it here also!!"

"I moved here right after finishing grad school in May where I lived in an off-campus student housing apartment complex. In the two years that I lived there, it never truly felt like home and I was worried that I would have the same experience here, I am happy to say that after just three months of living here I truly feel "at home". One of the biggest things for me (being a young female) is safety which I have NEVER had an issue with here as I can come home late at night and still feel just as safe walking the short distance from the parking lot to my apartment as if it were daylight out. I could go on forever but all in all my experience at Westminster Place has been amazing! Not to mention my GORGEOUS balcony overlooking the pool:)"
