"I was just in the office here at Glenview and both Denise and Linda were present. They are both professional and very helpful and so nice. A special review for Linda is t that, outside of these great qualities, I am able to spend more time with Linda as she is the direct property manager of Glenview and it is suppose to be in this protocol although Denise will cover all different job positions. Back to Linda. Linda is actually the best property manager that I have done business with out of any property manager here at Glenview. I am thankful."

"Here’s the deal…. In a ever faster moving short attention span world, Very often we (tenants) give little regard to the people charged with the burdens of our’s and neighbor’s issues. The people here at GlenView are great at their jobs and are sincere about satisfying us with the immediacy any person of common sense would recognize. Koodos to the property manager Linda And maintenance staff. I am certain Nick and Rick deserve a plaque with a Superman “S” for all they endure and achieve. The other staff are top notch too! Even the head guy over the locals (Chris) got in the mix to get a bothersome problem fixed. I suggest a monetary reward for all of them. They each exemplify the gracious diligent professionals everyone wants and deserves."

"This property townhome is not bad. But last few months the maintenance is very very poor. Specially guy in maintenance team “Nicks” He is very very rude. His attitude is very bad not acceptable. We was moved out in November from this place only for maintenance issues and guy of Nicks."

"This complex is olddddddddd and it shows. My daughter moved in and the townhome was terrible at move in. Trash all over the ground and not in the dumpster. Its absolutely unacceptable to have paint on the carpet that someone walked in carpet stains light plates missing terrible paint job. Its as if they don't care how they hand over the property. If it wasn't too late I would've told my daughter to move elsewhere. They deserve 0 stars Update Dec 30 2022 The property has moved really sliw on providing any services to make things better. They don't return calls timely if at all. My daughter finally got a new tub yesterday and guess what today the tub leaks and there is water in the kitchen. Of course the office was notified and silence. No call back. The carpet has still NOT been addressed. And my daughter fell in the basement and had a concussion and back injury...the property had no real reaction. She fell because there was leak in the basement. The regional manager is NO help. Noone wanted to give the corporate number for follow up. Thus property is unsuitable and nin responsive. I urge anyone and everyone to look elsewhere fo a decent place to live. They deserve negative stars. I want my family to be safe and here I feel it has too many safety concerns without resolution."
