"We were cycling the Erie Canal Trail on a Sunday in October. It was raining heavily, and I got a flat tire. I would normally have no problem fixing it, but I could not get the tire off the rim with the tools I had. We called Scott and drove over with his van. He was able to manually remove the tire and put in a new tube. Our trip was saved due to his help. We reached our destination that afternoon.
