"Our kitchen sink was backed up and wouldn’t drain. We had another company come and try to snake it out but they couldn’t get it to drain. They finally found out that there was an issue with the pipes in our crawl space and they needed to be replaced. They provided a quote that seemed extremely expensive and couldn’t do the work for 7-10 days. I called RIC and they came out same day and gave us a quote for much less than the other place and were able to get the job done that same day! Can’t thank them enough!! I should’ve called them first, and will from now on! Highly recommend!!"
