"I have been coming here for a couple of months and they were kind and accommodating. The gel manicure didn’t last much longer than a week but because I am a nurse, I attributed it to constant hand hygiene. At my last nail appointment, I switch to powdered gel manicure to strengthen my nails. After 4 days my nails began chipping & literally breaking. I went back to ask them to fix the two nails that weren’t done properly & I was told I would have to pay. I explained that the expectation was that Powdered gel manicures generally last at least 3 weeks & that I shouldn’t be obligated to pay for a shoddy job. They refused to fix it for free. If I could give them 0 stars I would. This place is a waste of money."
