"The control box on the water heater they installed literally started on fire. I called them (partially in a panic) and left a message describing the situation Monday morning. I didn't get a call back until Tuesday night. I got someone to come out Monday night but I had to miss work because I was afraid the house would burn down with my 3 dogs inside. What was I supposed to do though, sit in my basement with a fire extinguisher until he felt like calling me back?"
