"I had two separate, but equally disappointing experiences at this nail salon. The level of customer service was appalling on both occasions, and the attitude of the workers was unacceptable. During my visits, they rushed through the procedures and even managed to cut my finger, which bled profusely. What's worse, they didn't acknowledge their mistakes or offer any apology. On top of this, they continuously pressured me to purchase a package I had no interest in, despite my clear and polite refusals. The snarky comments made about my communication only added to my frustration. Customer satisfaction should be a priority in any service-oriented industry, and this salon fell far short of that mark on both visits. I felt disrespected, ignored, and unsafe during both visits. I sincerely hope the management will address these issues promptly and effectively. Their salon's reputation is at stake, and improvements in customer service and employee training are urgently needed. My future patronage and recommendations depend on how they handle this matter. I look forward to seeing positive changes and a commitment to better customer service. Until then I will not be coming back."

"Space is clean and staff is friendly. Gel pedicures are high quality and last a long time. My gel manicure wasn’t the best, but I’m willing to give them another shot on account of their pedicures. I’m always able to walk in and be served with little to no wait and prices are reasonable and comparable for the area. This is my new neighborhood go-to. Hope they stay consistent."
