"This place is the worst!!! Sent a guy that couldn’t speak English so explaining the issue was impossible. At one point he called the office and used them to translate but still couldn’t get the point across. After another return service to again try to fix the issue still not repaired and I’m now trying to get a refund."

"WHAT A JOKE!!!!!!!! Repairman came out and he was on the phone with a technician somewhere, supposedly diagnosing what was wrong, charged me $95 before they even came out and then told me it was going to be another $285 don't ever use this company!!!!!!!"

"I really would give them zero stars if I could. They made an appointment for me to repair my dishwasher. Took my credit card to charge me , before any service was done. Then they never showed up for scheduled appointment. When I called, they said they left a message at my home on a sunday to cancel my appointment. I was home all that day...no one called . Would never trust them to fix anything."

"Would not recommend. Called to make an appointment, took my credit card information and out a hold on our account.. called the next day and told us they could no longer keep the appointment because they did not have a Maytag tech to work on our fridge..I would have never made the original appointment, I’m not sure why no one told me when I called that they could not help me.. still waiting for our hold to be released on our card. Never again"

"I called them about my washing machine and the guy on the phone was extremely rude. He asked my zip code and then told me the price. When I said let me think about it he hung up! He couldn’t be bothered to answer my questions or even say goodbye."
