"In spite of the short staffed and general delays in this post-covid economy, Basil Ford service was able to get me in quickly for a recall issue (door latches were freezing). This was especially important to me with looming frigid temperatures, and I had dealt with frozen door handles every morning for over a week. The women I worked with (Jenny and Christina) were both kind, prompt, and professional. Jenny worked hard to get me an ASAP appointment as soon as another customer's time slot fell through, and Christina kept me updated regularly, even adding on a quick fix to a sensor that ended up being a warranty claim. They were great. 10/10!"
