"I've been going to Mike over 25yrs. He does excellent work and goes to school alot to keep updated on working newer cars and with all the new computer components in the engine. Yes he could get a little mouthy, But he knows what he's doing and does great work! I can even watch what he's working on and he explains what the problem is directly. I wouldn't go any where else who doesn't know what their doing? . You get what you pay for and him doing the job it gets done Right! I just had my oil change done Tues. Done right!"

"NEVER TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!! Took my boyfriend's truck there to have the engine worked on and it runs worse than it did before we brought it in. When we went to pick it up it had bad front end damage that wasn't there when we brought it in. The first time we went to pick it up there was a sign on the door that said " on vacation be back in about a week " you mean to tell me they don't have backup employees to run things when there away. They also rude and unprofessional. No wonder the person that posted their car wasn't worked on for 2 months went through that. They are hardly there. That's really unprofessional."

"If your a woman or a person of color do not go to this mechanic. I brought my car to this mechanic Genesee Auto Repair on 6/21/22 with a deposit of $500.00 Called & checked on my car every week. All i got him telling me is that I'm working on it thats all he kept saying. From 6/21 until 8/15/22. He kept putting me off getting rude and short with me. I tried to retrieve my call logs from Spectrum mobile they informed me i need a court order. On 8/15/22 I went there to get my car with triple A and he refused to give me my $500.00 at first and said it was for storage fees. I said What storage when you were supposed to be working on my car for 2 months. So, then he wrote a check for $450.00 & took $50.00 off for no reason at all as he did not touch or do anything to the vehicle as far as i know. Then i went to go cash the check and Citizens bank charged me $7.00 to cash it. This mechanic did not get charged any extra when i gave him the deposit of $500.00 so why am I getting shorted out. I called him and not once did he attempt to call me."
