"Wasted $35 getting a pedicure today the gel paint job is terrible and when you ask questions they seem to get frustrated. I’m embarrassed to wear my toes out with this paint job"

"I was recommended to go to Amy from a hairstylist who works right next door. She made an appointment for me and everything. When I arrived at the scheduled time, Amy had a client in her chair and I was sent to do my pedicure first from another employee. As I began to look around, the place and tools were not clean nor tidy. But the pedicurist was kind so I decided to give this place a chance. I got a gel pedicure and within a few days I noticed the edges of my toe nails were filed so thin and sharp my toe nails began to crack on the sides and whatever was used on my toe nails made them so fragile and brittle. They also didn’t have párrafin wax which is a first and red flag for me. Finally I arrived to Amy’s chair for what was supposed to be a gel manicure and was told my nails weren’t long enough I needed extensions which my nails were perfect size for a gel manicure but this was an attempt at an up-sale, I said no because I don’t use acrylic powder and she suggested bonding gel extensions. I love trying new things so I said ok cool. The entire time Amy is doing the gel extensions she is making noises in frustration because the gel is going everywhere and it was clear she didn’t know how to do them. So why the hell would you up-sale me in an attempt to make more money and not know how to do the job. For almost two hours she continues to place my hands under the hottest UV light I ever experienced and as I continue to tell her she is burning my hands and the gel is everywhere and isn’t flat and smooth she ignores me. Then tries to tell me it’s my fault and tries to lecture me. Afterwards, I left with a clumpy and uneven gel “extension” that is currently popping off day by day which they shouldn’t be and two hours of just a nail service. She was disgusting and rude and I couldn’t believe she was recommended and I am so mad I even payed for this. My nails and toe nails are so damaged I made an appointment for a MEDICAL pedicurist and manicurist literally to fix the damage that has been made and it will take weeks to heal and look healthy again. I will not recommend this place and frankly it should be shut down."

"Was recommended to go to Amy for eyelashes. Before we begin my eye starts to water and instead of wiping my eyes before she starts she starts applying eyelashes. Ok so now she doing my eyelashes with tears rolling down my face. As she continues my eyes start to burn. After that I told her to stop and left and never coming back"

"They do a GREAT set of acrylics. The pedicure, however, could be more attentive to cuticle area. I wish the salon was a bit more clean. They still did a great job that's why I still gave four stars."

"Very bulky acrilic nails, uneven work, I got cut, and they didn't have the supplies to do the design that I wanted. I asked before I let her do my nails and she said that yes she could do the design. Did not have the gems/rhinestones (wrong colors/ sizes was way to big), or the gold ribbon or the metallic polish. Workmanship is shoddy as hell."
