"Day 1- Consultation Andrew Westpfahl was very knowledgeable when it came to telling us the issues with our current broiler. We appreciate how informative he was and he was very helpful with getting everything set up for the installation for a new high efficiency broiler which will take place tomorrow. Thank you, Andrew. Day 2 - Installation Brandon Walczyk and Jake came to put the new Broiler system in today. They were both very friendly and easy to talk to. They explained how the system works and cleaned up very nicely when they were completed. Everything looks like it was put together very well. We are overall happy with how everything came together and an added bonus WE HAVE HEAT AGAIN! From the consultation to the installation we are pleased with the outcome and service that was provided to us! Let's hope it lasts 30 years like our old one did. Thank you all very much!!!"

"We have had several Services completed by Reimer and they were all great. To start, Chris R came to service our A/C unit and he let us know at each step exactly what he was doing so we understood the process. Next, Mitch J came to look at our plumbing and complete a hot water tank flush. He noticed some erosion and rusting on our main pipe and quickly made a plan to correct the problem. The next day Todd T and Cody Z came to fix the problems Mitch had found. Todd and Cody again explained every step of the process for what they were going to do and within a few short hours it was good as new. Lastly, Patrick D came to service our furnace and he like the guys before him was very knowledgeable and efficient in the work he completed for us. Our experience with every person from the Reimer company has been great!"
