"I had taken the day off work so I could wait on a Sears technician to come and fix my dryer, but around 2 PM they rescheduled my appointment to the following day. I was angry and didn't want to have to take more time off just for them to possibly end up rescheduling me again, so I looked online for another repairman and found Dillon. When I told him about my experience with Sears, he offered to come out within an hour despite being pretty late in the afternoon already. Dillon was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional, and brought parts to replace my dryer's broken ones with him so he was able to repair the dryer immediately. He saved me from having to inconvenience my employer further, as well as from going commando due to a lack of clean & dry undergarments. I am very thankful for his service!"

"AVOID. Treats others as if only his time is important. Called him early afternoon on a Friday, couldn't take the call to make an appointment. I asked when his hours were so I could call back, was told "when he picks up the phone". Asked when he works Saturday, answer was "half a day", again, no hours range. Wrote a facebook message yesterday, he never called. Called him, and he said he is NEVER ON FACEBOOK. Sure, OK, then why did he post on the 11th and why have this page? I called him to express my disappointment at how my time was wasted. He was not at all apologetic, but had an attitude of "I've done this 30 years, I can make my hours, call someone else". I had others I could call, but didn't make use of the time I had because I counted on him. Now I have to go into the work/school week with dirty clothes. He owed me an apology and an offer to assist me as quickly as possible, not defensive behavior and excuses in a tone of "I can do whatever I want". Extremely unprofessional."
