"My nail lady from another salon is on vacation. I have an important meeting tomorrow so I thought I would try this salon being so close to my home. I had 4 nails off and the rest needed a fill in.One of the nails has a bit of fungus which I will be treating. Due to working, that is the nail that usually pops off.She insisted on removing the other nails and I kept saying no very clearly and adamantly. Despite my asking her to respect me and my wishes she proceeded to file my nails down so thin that she got rid of my tips one by one. At nail #3, it dawned on me that she was going completely against my wishes as a customer. She kept offering me a price for a full set and I kept declining. When she filed down the 3rd nail despite my saying no I told her I’m not going to pay for any extra nails. I am utterly shocked that someone in a nail salon was THAT pushy. I told her I’m a grown woman and I can make up my own mind. I left and am never going back. How dare she be so disrespectful."

"I used to come here a lot when I lived around there. - parking available (back, but very tight) - handicap parking - prices have increased - staff are not the best communicators. One of the men (owner/manager) has impatience and attitude. He needs to learn how to communicate. Initially, I was with him, and I asked for a certain color & he got frustrated and said to the lady to take over. The other workers seemed very nice and patient. Overall, I was satisfied with my SNS & regular pedicure. Had to guide the lady for both, though. My grandma was satisfied with her gel manicure and regular pedicure with callas removal (extra $8)"

"No Stars. This is not a spa. They rush you to pick the color even though you are still being given a pedi. I had to ask for the book back like four times because they kept taking it away for no reason. I was given a DRY gel manicure. They used no water and I wasn’t even asked to get up and clean my hands off before they applied the polish. My nails were chipping three days later. My daughter also got a pedicure and they didn’t apply lotion at the end as we were leaving I noticed and I was required to apply lotion on her feet myself. We will never be coming here again ever. There is a much better state if the art salon down the block in Electchester Shopping Center."

"If I could give this place zero stars I would. Every time I have gone here my nails never last long. But this time I was desperate and decided to give them another chance. I get acrylic nails with gel polish, Just two days into my vacation my nails were falling apart. And they aren’t cheap so I don’t know what they are doing wrong but it never fails. I definitely have learned my lesson. The only thing they are good for is their atm inside."

"Been coming here for a few months now and I have no complaints. I usually go on days when it's not busy, so I get seen right away. I go to the manager, who sits behind the register for my fill and she does a great job and does my almond shape nails very good. I also let anyone do my pedicure and they are all pretty good and are nice when listening to your requests. The prices are decent for the service and top nail polish brands they have. The place is also, always, clean which is important."
