"The women in this place seem to be wierd, and phony. The one named Queenie ignored me yesterday that normally does my nails. She look extremely sick may have women problems who cares? Someone else did my nails, and something is wrong with her as well. I didn't feel to go off in there, so I let it go. I will not be returning its just that simple.."

"Alright, so let me start off with saying I DO NOT HAVE CLUBBED FINGERS, this manicure is just simply horrendous!! I’ve been going to this nail salon since I was 11 years old, that is now going on 16 years as a client…. I am dumbfounded. However, I recently had a terrible experience and will not be returning. I don’t know what’s been going on with this place but it seems like they’ve just been hiring anyone or family members that aren’t experienced. Today 12/06/23 I got gel extensions removed (which is my go-to) a gel pedicure and got SNS dip powder because I wanted to keep my length. The pedicure was fine, I paid $6 for the callus removal and that was pretty subpar. My main problem though was the thickness, width and shape of the nail. Because I am very shy and get anxious about confrontation, I didn’t say anything. However, I returned to the nail salon after about 30 minutes and kindly explained to the lady that did my nails (ponytail and big squared glasses) that I didn’t like them much, she asked “what do you want” to which I responded “I was wondering if you could file the nails and the sides down a bit to make it more narrow” she said “that’s just your nails” I kindly said that I’ve gotten this shape and length before and it DID NOT look like this… she wasn’t very much help… It’s just a huge bummer to see what once was a gem slowly plummet due to lack of training.. I’m very upset with my experience as a customer of over 10 years that would too $20-$30 on a $70-$100 bill… very sad."

"DONT GO HERE!! I was a regular customer here, but suddenly, the service got worse! They’ll take anyone who comes in after you, will ignore you and try their best to make you feel stupid for even showing up! I spent an hour waiting, chairs kept freeing up and yet, people without appointments were being tended to before me. Ridiculous; only to basically not give you your change back. This place is awful. I don’t recommend, not like how it was before."

"I have been going to this nail salon for over a year. I do my nails every 3 weeks. The staff is very good and I consistently receive great service. There is a huge variety of colors to choose from. The staff is skilled and can do a lot of different nail art."

"$ 70 for this? I wanted regular gel nails and she took the nerve to put on cheap false nails I hadn't even asked for. She assured me that I would love them and it was the opposite. I put them on Thursday, the next day two fell off and on Saturday two more. I didn't even make any kind of effort to make this happen. I demand a refund."
