"I will never return back to this salon! It is currently 3 am and I am up angry. I went to this nail salon today to get my nails done. This is the third time they messed up my nails. On top of that the lady who did my nails today volunteered to do my eyebrows. My eyebrows have been previously micro bladed and I paid about $600 to have this service done by someone else. I told the lady to clean under my brow. My brow did not need any waxing as it is already shaped and nice and thick. Once I got home, I realized this woman waxed my entire brows off and I believe this was very intentional. She removed all of my brow tint and fibers off of my brows from my previous microblading. She also waxed my eyebrows extremely thin to the point where this had to be intentional. My eyebrow shape is far from why I walked in with and she waxed off the front of my left brow so there is a huge gap in between my front brows. I can’t even fill it in with a pencil to fix it! I’m so hurt and embarrassed and I feel she intentionally did this after hearing me and another customer complain about their prices. It’s going to take a VERY LONG TIME AND MY MONEY FOR MY EYEBROWS TO GROW BACK HEALTHY ! I will definitely be taking the steps to take legal action against this company for ruining my face! DO NOT GO HERE!!!! It’s not worth the risk! My nails also look like kitten paws. I asked for an oval almond shape and she gave me claw nails. NEVER AGAIN!!!!"
