"“Sorry that’s the policy” They hold the deposit against you and are smug about it. Then try to charge a 15 minute late fee when you’re 10 min late because you can’t find parking(mind you staff was not even ready to service). When asked if they can grant a courtesy due to parking issues, the response is “it’s not our problem, it’s the policy” This business does not respect their customers and only cares about taking your money. Genesis is a liar, she is no manager just a receptionist trying to be one. If you do cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance they still keep your deposit."

"Unfortunately, I think this will be my last time coming here. The work is nice although my last experience I did notice my acrylic set was a bit sloppy. Only I probably would notice but still being that this place is pretty pricey I expect to walk out with a clean crisp set. My main issue is that I feel the prices are constantly fluctuating with no explanation as to why. They also attempted to not apply the full deposit I paid prior to my final payment .Which they were still 3 dollars short but I left it alone. There is no reason why I would be charged tax on a deposit that’s suppose to go towards my nails and then they choose to not fully apply my deposit towards my final payment. Then to TOP it off, as I am about to pay with my card as I normally do I get told that I have to fill out a credit card authorization form which appeared to be slightly better quality then loose leaf paper. I asked why I would I have to give this information and all I was told is it’s new. I’m sorry but I felt very uncomfortable having to leave my card information on a piece a paper stacked under a table in a nail salon. & if this was a new policy then they should let customers know that prior to their appointment. Luckily I was able to pay via Zelle but I was very disappointed with my experience. Photos are fresh from me leaving the salon btw."

"I love this place. The ambiance feels good. The customer service is superb and the place is very clean. I usually get Medium -Short acrylic nails and a basic pedicure. My pedicure was done neatly and they use a plastic covering over the tub for extra cleanliness. My nails came out to be pretty. I usually pay about $90 for fil-in including deposit & design. And $28 for pedicure (so bring cash). Nice choice of pastel colors and the polish is great quality. Great people and great service."
