"Took an hour only to get this much of my nails off :: / ? They were walking around helping other people almost the entire time and it wasnt full or anything. Just embarrassing to walk around like this. No salon has ever taken an hour just to take off my nails. I’m very sad and might be done with salons in general. Kind workers, but this sucks. Typically very patient but I don’t have much free time outside of work and can usually get them done within an hour + 15 minutes or so :((( ALSO when i asked for an estimate on how long they literally said “who knows?” and then stopped doing my nails in order to do someones eyebrows like huhh"

"Interesting experience . Improvement with the nail techs is greatly needed . They seemed to be in competition and rushed my experience to spa medi, pedi day. So my advice would be to ask for someone more professional !"

"This nail salon is amazing! When most people think of 5 star ratings , cleanliness and professionalism come to mind . However , it’s also to vibe of the place. They were so accommodating and courteous! They were extra patient with the little girls I brought in , and made them feel like princesses while filing and painting their nails! Moreover , the place was super clean , and they did a great job , as well as have a nice and large collection of polishes to choose from! I highly recommend Butterfly nail salon, and will definitely be back :)"

"BDid SNS manicure and it chipped after 2 days. Only one lady knows how to do it. Service was very slow too. You can also see they have favorite customers, so were not keen ou n gaining new business. And charge 20 dollars more than I normally pay in Bayridge or Astoria"
