"Poor service, dirty premises and a rip off. I was told to come immediately and they made me wait for half an hour. I had to wrap my own nails to take off existing polish because there was nobody to do it. They did a very shoddy rush job on an SNS powder manicure and charged me an extra $5 to take off the existing polish! This is not the first time I have been here and been unhappy, but I thought I would give them another chance. Never again UPDATE: 7 days later my SNS has already chipped. Anyone who gets regular powder SNS nails know that it’s incredibly unusual for this to happen unless they did a really bad job to begin with"
"Great service, great massage, nice place. Peaceful neighborhood spot. My nails turned out beautiful. This will be my new nail place. Thanks Jenn"
"The pedicure was OK the nail polish and design was not great at all. This is was my gel nail polish after two days. I paid over $100 for the service. Definitely not worth it. Quick update I had to change it to one star because they charged me $10 to “ soak off” my acrylic nails. Which I’m now seeing they didn’t completely take them off."
"Horrible place! I made an appointment and had to wait 40 min to get seated. When she finally started, she was on her phone the entire time and kept on getting up to take money from other costumers. And worst of all, she cut my finger and wasn't even apologetic!! The job was sloppy and the place wasn't very clean, definitely overpriced for such a horrid experience. I wouldn't even come here again if it were free. Very disappointed."
