"I booked an appointment for 12/27 at 3:30pm many days in advance and the staff rudely sent me away telling me they were too busy. They didn’t even bother yo check that my appointment was on the calendar on the front desk. I had to point at it, the staff member shrugged and said “oh well we are busy now, come back in 30 mins”. I’ve been a loyal client since the place first opened. The owner is a wonderful lady and it was a great shame she was not there to see how her staff behaved. They were unacceptable."

"I’ve done a powder manicure and pedicure here a few days ago. Pedicure was ok and mani was not done properly and started peeling off on the next day. Nearly $70 for something that lasted less than a day instead of a few weeks. The air bubbles starting forming on the same day and the skin around the nails is bad. When I came back and saw the technician who worked on my manicure, she has admitted the nails were not supposed to look this way, but no apologies and no refund. I was told not do have a powder manicure next time. Needless to say, I won’t be having anything there at all."

I made an appointment and came in a couple hours later and was treated with kindness the moment I walked in. My nail tech went above and beyond, paying attention to every detail. "I’ve been coming to this place more than twenty times. Mostly had a good experience. Today when I came in at 10.40 and asked for gel manicure they said someone was on the way and put polish remover on my nails so it was starting to peel off. After 35 min waiting no one came in and I had to ask to remove polish remover since I started to feel that my skin on my fingers was getting irritated by the remover. Someone came next five minutes and started to do manicure in super rush manner. Like she was upset that she had a client. That was the worst experience I’ve ever had at this place. The manicure wasn’t done properly. I had to fix the shape of the nails myself and gel polish was all around the nails on my skin at the end. Very messy and roughly. When I was paying I said that maybe they shouldn’t accept customers and provide this kind of service when they don’t have staff or time available. In response I was told that I had to do an appointment to get better service. Meanwhile another “walk-in” was gladly invited. Really? I was at this place more than twenty times. Looks like they become so busy and successful that they don’t care about customer service anymore."
