"Didn't make my sides rounded when I asked her to. She said no you want square nails and I said yes, but non sharp sides. Also, they were very rough when filing and removing the fake nails I had on. Made me bleed at least 3 times. And when I asked for a design, she said no. I needed a last min place to do SNS, and I gave this place a chance. Honestly, if you just want a simple manicure, I'm sure they're good. But other than that, I wouldn't recommend this place I'm sorry."

"The worst service I've received in my entire life. I was there for over 2 hours. I decided I wanted to do get a gel mani and pedi, the person who was doing my toes barely even went through the right procedures, didn't even file my nails the way I requested, my nails were crooked, and this was evident when they had someone else do them instead because she ended up re filling them and cutting off the cuticle. comes time for my hands, the person who was doing my gel mani, didn't even cut the cuticles off properly, barely even filed my nails and when she put the nail polish on, it was bubbly so when I informed them, she started yelling. she had only painted 3 fingers at this point but had the gel clear coat on my all my nails. she said she was going to charge me 10 dollars I said for what? showed her my nails and she quickly realized she needed to stop talking. Gel mani plus cuticle remover is 36 as shown by the signs, when I asked her why she was charging me 38 she said I ask a lot of questions and I pointed to the sign and said dont be rude I'm only paying the price on the sign, if I even pay at all because at this point shes screaming its become a whole scene. she said only people who dont have money dont pay, she got on my nerves in the worst way. this was sadly the manager at this place which is an absolute disgrace. she even went as far as saying you've been here for 2 hours and only paid "38" dollars I said that's the problem, if they knew what they were doing I wouldn't have been here for two hours and your attitude is disgusting. DO NOT GO HERE. THIS PLACE LOOKS AT YOU AS JUST A $$$$ completely inhumane and rude. My gel pedi doesn't even have a shine coat on it, it looks rusty and old but I paid my $36 , I would never pay a single cent more to that place or ever go there again. extremely unprofessional."
