Reviews
"They wanted to charge $53 to remove a gel manicure and give me a regular manicure. If you are already charging $28 (for a regular manicure!), it should include gel removal. When me and my friend walked into the salon, it smelled like fried food - no more Hawaiian music, no more chill and relaxing vibes. It just feels like a regular, mediocre nail salon now but they are charging more than before they changed ownership. I’m bummed one of my favorite neighborhood spots is no longer. I left before receiving the service and happy I did as not to get ripped off."
"I know a lot of the reviews say it’s not as good anymore but I went for the first time for a gel mani and had no complaints! It was clean inside and my technician was very friendly. Also a great price for a mani where they use the drill to clean up your nail bed. Will be back!"
"I booked an appointment for a manicure and pedicure. 30minutes before my appointment, they called to ask me to come 30minutes later because the client before me came late. It's a bit unreasonable to put that on me especially since they didn't offer any incentives to apologize for it. I couldn't make it to the later time that they wanted since I had another appointment right after. They then asked if I could just do a manicure and come back another time for a pedicure. If the previous client was late to their appointment that affected the future appointments by 30minutes, they should have just denied servicing the one causing it. Just awful customer service. Truly disappointed. I prefer going to m&m in the city for my Japanese Mani and Pedi. They have a strict policy for people showing up late for this reason."
"Have been loving the Japanese gel manicures I’ve been getting at Pau Hana! I have been going to Fumi, who is wonderful and when I couldn’t get in with her today, I went to Angie who gave me a perfect French mani. These last for weeks and my nails are not traumatized! Highly recommend!"
