"Wanted to try a new place and 3 hours later, see photos for the results of a dip powder manicure. The wife who did my nails absolutely did not know what she was doing. When the husband entered the salon agreed and had to redo my nails. After having my nails soaked in acetone TWICE, resulted in my cuticles being ripped up and bleeding. I never put a negative review and in the past, I had just moved on because I understand owning a business is difficult at this time. However, what I had endured is simply unacceptable. The owner decided to discounted $5 dollars off but I ended up paying the full $40 because the unprofessionalism cannot be justified by $5"

"I came to this salon to get a pedicure, which was OKAY, and to take off my gel manicure, which I want to write about. The way the guy wanted to do it is not practiced by any other salon, including any salon in the neighborhood. He left acetone on my fingers for quite a long time without checking if my skin is okay with this. If I wouldn't step in, it would have damaged my sensitive skin and leave cracks on it (know it from the past experience). He was super stubborn and showed his attitude at every possible moment. Then he started to rip off the gel with parts of my nails!! I ended up taking off the remaining gel myself and refused to pay for this. The guy didn't seem to mind. It's a shame to be that stubborn and outdated! I hope he will visit any other salon in the neighborhood and see how things are supposed to be done properly!"
