"Destroying the neighborhood with slum rentals and air bnb's. Completely unresponsive landlord unless it's about money. It's like pulling teeth to get them to do any sort of basic maintenance on their properties, but that didn't stop him from criminally trespassing in my apartment when he needed to show it for sale. I had signed a lease literally 3 weeks prior to getting an email from him that our place was for sale and he would be scheduling 2 showings on the weekends when it wasn't legally allowed. Despite being aware of this, Joseph still went ahead with the showings illegally. It's not a surprise to me because it's consistent with his pattern of thinking he's exempt from the laws protecting tenants from people like him. Now it's literally a month later and he's about to invade our privacy for a 6th time because he's an awful realtor as well and can't sell a house in a red hot market. I actually had to write a second review because he had my original one removed along with a similar review from another tenant. I wish he spent the same amount of effort taking care of his properties as he did his online reputation. Simply put, don't trust a single word this guy says because he's driven only by greed."

"My wife and I used Joseph and his team twice when we relocated not Rochester. First, we stayed at one of his AirBnB locations when we arrived and waiting for our house to close and loved it. When I was relocated just two years later Joseph and the team sprung into action and helped us sell our house. Allowing us to turn a profit after such a recent purchase and sale was unlike my previous relocations.
