"My nails are always done beautiful and perfect. The guy who does nails is literally an artist and has good sense in what looks good, and he's so nice and sweet. the latina pedicure nail lady with short curly hair is also my favorite and I enjoy talking to her in Spanish. Thier always so kind and service is quick.The only downside is that there's only 1 person who does acrylics n designs so wait time can be up to 40 min + even if u book ahead.Other then that this nail salon is full of happy sweet chatty people."

"So the other day I wrote a review and provided 3 photos and 2 of them were deleted only 1 of them could be seen. I went there on a Monday to get a mani-pedi. Waited about 30 minutes went to the older Asian lady with pre cut nails she said she was going to cut them more even on my right toe which I provided pictures she cut the big toe to the core it was red. I wasn’t satisfied ask her for acrylic she said “No, that’s only for people that need it .. no no no”. I let her finish because there was nothing else I could do. Charged me $17 and basically stood there and held her hand out for a tip after she did a crappy job. Next was my manicure I was okay because the older Asian guy was going to do it and not her. His technique was a little different I insisted on getting gel and he insisted on giving me something else. They looked nice at first glance. Until Thursday (3 days later) all 8 of my nails were lifting up except for the thumb nails because it was actually on my nails. The 8 was on top of my skin. Then Saturday I came back from work and one of them just fell right off like a press on. He charged me $35 and i also gave him a tip. So I spent $53+. I definitely will not ever be coming back"

"I went there to get the almond shaped nails yesterday. Once I arrived, the older guy asked what I wanted, I told him & he said it would be three dollars extra for the shape which was fine. I noticed while he was doing my nails that he didn't shape them so I asked was he going to do that. He acted as if I never told him from the beginning that I wanted them shaped. Then he went on to try to explain something to me but I could not understand what he was trying to say. What little I did get from it was that he could not do them so he wasted my time. I asked someone in the nail salon if they understood what else he was trying to say & a customer (not worker) tried to help. She was having a conversation with a worker who was doing her nails so it was odd that the worker didn't step in. When the nice customer listened to what he was saying, she could not understand him either. I became extremely frustrated & told him to just cut them off & I will go someplace where they can actually do them. They should have people working there who have customer service skills & who can actually do nails. I have not had any issues with getting those type of nails at prior nail salons I have been to in the past. I came to this one out of convenience but next time I will travel. If I could give this place no stars I would."

"2 ½ stars .... As of my nails, I haven't done my nails in a while. I went here yesterday and they took me and my mom right away and they lady who did my nails was polite and nice but she wasn't really taking her time with my nails, some nails not straight & glitter not put on properly & also the filing down. As in the Salon I would say Its diverse, henna tattoos, threading, braiding, hair, massage, nails, waxing, extensions! Alot going on. They also need new polish to choose from cause they mostly looked old. They didn't do a bad job on my mom & i tho. I was satisfied with the first visit but when I came to the filling in 1-2 weeks.. I feel they came out worse .. There chipping with 4 days and didn't even do the filling right.. Last time going there."
