"This place was one of the worst nail shop that i have ever been. i visited about a month ago . space was clean but There was a lady there that didn’t know how to do tips. As a customer I had to keep telling her what to do. The nails were bumpy and uneven. On top of that she was sawing my skin off and when I kept telling her she got an attitude with me . After that I told her it’s okay that I didn’t need their services anymore and left. The nails fell off a week later. If you want acrylic don’t go here ."

"I been coming here for many years it’s now under a new owner and she kept the same staff which was a plus Veronica has been doing my feet for years now and I only stay going to this nail salon only for her she truly does put all her love and effort into a pedicure appointments most of the time I am seen on time or if I walk in sometimes she doesn’t have anybody even if she’s busy it’s always worth the wait and the money I pay it’s better go go early in the morning when there is no one to get a better experience on the weekends they are very busy and closed on Sundays the bathroom and salon itself is always clean and tidy as well"

"I had an appointment for 12:30pm for a pedicure and manicure. This was my first time there, and unfortunately I was disappointed. Especially since this was under new management. I was not seen nor acknowledged until 1pm. Even though I arrived on time and let them know I was there. It was not a professional environment. When they finally acknowledged my presence (by waving me over to pedi chair), they didn't even apologize for the wait. I probably wouldn't have been annoyed with waiting if I was acknowledged, greeted warmly, and offered an apology for my wait. They are definitely lacking in customer service. While I was there, at least 3 or 4 people complained about appointments, wait times, and/or not properly scheduled services. The staff just seemed to be dismissive, unapologetic, unprofessional. One lady was there waiting for a manicure for over 2 hours after receiving a pedicure...I would've walked out. Another annoyed, unhappy customer fell on the floor and hit the back of her head on the table behind her while trying to sit in a wheeled chair that the staff did not hold for her while she tried to sit in for her manicure. Luckily my husband was there to assist her in helping her up on from the floor. That was a lawsuit waiting to happen. After I was finished...I paid for services and was astonished that they charge sales tax for manicures and pedicures. To my understanding mani and pedi services in NY state are exempt from state and local sales tax (except NYC). In any case...I requested a receipt and was told it was texted to me. I informed them I did not receive it. I was told there was nothing they could do and yet again dismissed and ignored. Im definitely not a happy customer and will not be patronizing that business again"

"Under new ownership (May 2023) I made an appointment for my sister and me for mani/pedis at 4pm. We waited until 5pm and left! Other people were coming with later appointments and getting seen before us. Terrible, terrible customer service! We were ignored and when we walked out they did not care one bit! Do not use this salon!"
