"The service at Beauty Cafe is always excellent. Before finding Beauty Cafe, I was always dissatisfied with the service I received for my manicures and pedicures at other nail salons because either I felt rushed as if the goal was just about getting another person in the chair or I considered my nails poorly done or I thought the customer service was horrible. This is not the case with Beauty Cafe. My gel manicures and pedicures are always immaculate. Since getting my nails done at Beauty Cafe, my nails have gotten stronger, recovering from how weak they were from prior services. It's evident that Heather cares about her craft. Heather, Libia, and Monica always take the time to be sure my nails are done to my liking. There are times when Heather goes out of her way to be sure I'm satisfied with the service. For a busy professional, I also appreciate greatly how accommodating Heather is with scheduling. Everyone at Beauty Cafe is kind and attentive, making my experience relaxing, pleasant, and enjoyable...the purpose of self care (for me any way). I consider my money well spent at Beauty Cafe and it is now my nail salon of choice. I highly recommend!"

"I decided to try beauty cafe back in January as a treat for my birthday and I assumed it would the usual, get my nails done once in a blue moon, break or chip my nails at some point and try again months later. That was when I met Heather, we had a brief consultation regarding what service I was looking for and she gave me her opinion on what she felt I should get and I trusted her expertise. I have been going to see her faithfully at least twice monthly since then and she not only makes my nails look amazing, but she lets me go crazy with the colors and always tops it off with her creativity through a nail design to bring it all in. Heather has literally saved my nails. I used to chew them and even when I got them done at different places in the past I've always managed to break, chip or bite the extensions off. I have only had my nail chip twice in the last 6 months and Heather is always so accommodating to help me out if she can between my appointments. I frequently get complimented on her work and every visit it's like catching up with a friend. She's very sweet and polite but also honest when I'm getting too crazy with the color mixes and isn't afraid to give her honest opinion and offer suggestions. I truly appreciate her time and effort. She's a great multitasker but she knows almost all of her clients by name and it adds a great personal touch to the services offered at Beauty Cafe."

She takes her business and craft very seriously and that’s something I truly appreciate. One thing I love is how time conscious Heather is; you respect her time and she respects yours. You’re not just another paying customer but there’s personal interest shown. And as far as nails goes, Heather is a perfectionist. She prides herself on neat, precise work. I have always struggled with weak nails that chip easily but Heather has tried to work with me and do what’s best to enhance the longevity of my gel sets.
