"I went here to remove my tips and get a manicure. My regular salon is further away, but I figured any salon could handle that. My mistake. I was there for an hour, and they had no idea how to remove the hard gel. They kept soaking and attempting to file. When I tried explaining what was on my nails they didn’t understand. I eventually got up and left because I was worried all the filing would damage my nails. I went to my regular salon and the tech got them off in 5 minutes. He explained that with CND gel you aren’t supposed to soak—just file. My pinky nail ended up being damaged and he needed to use superglue to fix it."
