"I got burned on my eyelids after my wax, they never said anything, until I saw in the mirror when washing my hands and the woman next to me mentioned the burns...they still charged me for my nails but waved my wax fee..what kills me was they weren't going to say anything. My eyes are still swollen and it hurts. This was Monday February 12th, 2024"

"A bit disappointed. I’ve went to Nail Pro maybe 5 times in the last year. I usually get the older man and he does a great job my nails last 2-3 weeks and he is great at designs. Recently I got my nails done and they started popping off very easily the next day. I grabbed my blanket and the nail tip popped off the nails. After 3 days all of the tips were broken. It seemed that the lady did a poor job gluing on the tip of the nail, the acrylic was too weak to hold the nails together and did a poor job to file my nails. For some reason I could tell it was not right when she did them but I trusted her. Now I know to trust myself more."

"I would typically frequent this salon for a gel mani/pedi off and on when I can't get to my main shop. The service is hit or miss. Recently what I noticed is the owner and the men are extremely disrespectful to black women. This last time the owner screamed at the top of his voice across the room at a customer that simply asked if his wife was waiting on her. I said to myself WOW!!! He said, "My wife waits on no one!!!" Okay so, if you're not waiting on customers to service their "FEET" then what exactly are you doing??? One thing I don't like is seeing my sisters disrespected for no reason. If you have money to spend and you're apart of the movement to liberate black women in this country from this kind of tyranny, find a shop that will provide great customer service and beautiful nails. There is absolutely no way he would snap at a white customers like that. There are so many nail salons in the area to choose from. It's crazy! I come to the salon to see him screaming and yelling at black women like they are dogs, meanwhile they are the ones keeping his shop open, paying his mortgage and generating money so he can raise his kids. During the pandemic they hired a black girl to help bring back their target customers...BLACK WOMEN!!! What I can't get over is that the customer meant no disrespect to his wife. I would never spend another dime there!!! "Okay. I have been going here on and off for years. I will never be going back. I recently got my nails done here and although I was happy with the outcome someone needs to address Vincent. He is a problem. He was yelling in English and his language about me I guess. I had my young daughter get her nails done but afterward she kept wanting to hang near me and he was not happy at all. I read other reviews where that say he screams at customers and employees. This is not the okay. There was another woman in the salon with me shocked at how he was behaving. We even discussed it. Nail pro has officially lost my business."
