"I wanted to love this place.. I walked in for a gel fill and waited 20ish minutes, was started and then waited an additional 10 minutes while my manicurist did someone's eyebrows. The job was rushed, but I chalked it up to me being a walk-in. The shaping was inconsistent and the gel was thick and not tapered down. I was disappointed that over my nails that still had file dust, she then layered 3 gel polish coats before thickly painting on the black french tips, which was then covered by top coat. I asked her to thin and clean up the lines which she barely did. My nails looked "ok" if you didn't look too close. $70, a $10 tip, and a day later my polished tips were peeling and looked like this (see photo). I stopped in 24 hours later and waited almost thirty minutes for my nails to be "fixed" with no eye contact and a bit of an attitude. This is what they look like 24 hours after repair. It's not worth it to go back a 3rd time, and with good customer service and a proper correction, I would have left well enough alone, and not have left a review."

I've been going here for last few months to her and paying one price than today doesn't even do the same amt of work and doesn't mention there will be a significant price change when she was shown what I wanted done on my nails. On top of it I Waited for her and Waited while she stopped to do Eye Brows.. and her attitude is rude.. Never again"

"This place used to be so good for the last two years but now they just rush everything! $50 for a gel pedicure and not even 3 days later and the polish is rubbed off. Im definitely not a runner or a track star. I went back today and sat near the pedicure chairs for 50 mins under direction of Richard and no one wanted to service me. They just kept saying “who do” and when i pointed to the lady she said “oh no i dont remember”. Bad customer service. Won’t be returning here again"

"The man who served me just did the most basic job in the world. He don't clean my nails well, it was rude, was painful , he left excess acrylic and many details. The only good thing about this place is the price, but nothing else. I would not go back."

"My sisters and I came in from out of town and we wanted to get our nails done. Definitely a long wait to get in to get them done, and they only take cash. Then when I finally did get in, I asked for a regular polish manicure, and he lied to me and told me that "they don't have any regular polish, they only have Gel", even though it clearly states on their pricelist that a REGULAR MANI is $20 and a GEL MANI is $29. I'm not stupid, I knew they have regular polish, but apparently, he was adamant that he wasn't going to do any regular polish Manicures that day. After a 16 hour trip from Georgia, I didn't feel like arguing, so I just went ahead and did a gel manicure. The man that did mine was very rough with my cuticles, and no clean up was done at all around my nails. The lady that did my sister's Gel Manicure didn't even buff her nails before putting GEL polish on...there was no hand massage done like a normal manicure is done in Georgia. I guess everywhere is different, but I'm definitely not returning."
