"Sales lady was rude from the second i walked in the store, my husband had called ahead to explain exactly what he want. He had been a cabinet maker for 40 years. She was highlighting and reading info in front of her i did not know it was in conjunction of me dropping off product to have made a specific shade of white. Started asking me if he was trying to turn it into a paint…..i said i know nothing about this he called you guys. I said if you have a question call you his number. I moved the sample so she cld call so she does call, starts telling my husband she can only add up to 4 ozs. My husband was like i dont care how much you add i just want that sample color.!!! Soooo now she asks him, so your trying to turn this into a paint????? My husband as so put off, hes like i don't understand your question as it is paint says paint on the can. Now its wrong and we now have to go to canandaigua to fix it who well know employ issues in Victor ny. SERIOUSLY get real employs Sherwin and Willians Proffesionals do NOT have time to RUN around:(. Do not go to VICTOR"

Aaron made sure all customers were taken care of and frequently apologized for the extended wait time. We generally buy Sherwin Williams paints but the the 40% off sale made it that much more enjoyable!!"
