"The staff was shockingly unfriendly. I just wanted pricing on cedar stock and the guy behind the counter made me feel like he would rather I were dead than ask him a question. I’m actually mad right now at how rude the guy was."

"Customer service and follow through is terrible here. When you call them for a quote or to place an order, they take a message and NEVER call you back. They must not even care about units, sales, or GP. If you're the DM for Victor or part of 84 Lumber leadership, you really should investigate this poorly run location and turn things around..."

"I recently had my mother deal with the Victor, NY store on my behalf. As the owner of 3 companies, I was running low on time and needed quotes for a massive order ASAP. After finding out how my mother was spoken to, I will never do business with this store. We had a fully sponsored, cash in hand, no pinching pennies,c order ready to go - and you lost it to another company due to your arrogant employee who couldn't be bothered to treat my mother with an ounce of respect. It's an extremely good thing I wasn't actually there to witness this or it would have been handled in person immediately."

"Ordered a custom door over the phone. Seemed like a good price but at no point did they mention the finish. Was expecting unfinished and they gave a primed door to me. On top if that the prime job was sloppy and got on the windows too. Not to mention I was never called when they had the door to set the delivery up. I had to call them to set it up. They did offer a refund though but at this point after waiting over 2 weeks I'm just going to make it work and never order for 84 lumber again"

"Ordered replacement windows and a new construction window. Was told two weeks and had to make a few trips back in for paperwork. This is after we paid and was told the order was going to be pushed through and expedited. Two weeks goes by, no one calls. Third week we call and they have NO answer to when we could expect the windows. We have to call again, still no answer. Finally get a call this morning and told we will have to wait another 3-4 weeks. The customer service and follow through is terrible. We now have to push the contractor out even more time and wont have a kitchen for another month plus. Thanks for the terrible customer service. Hopefully those who read this go with Comfort or Wonder Windows, truly experts who follow through."
