"Good place to live. But seems like I am living in a dorm. comparatively cheaper than other housing."
"Nice place, just visiting on my way to NYC. Clean even with a lot of dog around."
"Deserves better than 3.4 stars. Not perfect, but very good for the price. The fire alarm is an existing problem. You just have to live with it. Everything else is totally fine. Just small inconveniences that every other apartment usually have. I'd admit that management may not be the nicest and most cheerful, but they do their job very well. Quick response, recently got my bathroom light got out, they fixed it the first thing in the morning. Being in an apartment complex means that you have some inconveniences with deliveries. Not too bad but could be a bit frustrating time to time. Pros: Overall clean, with great soundproof walls and ceilings. Quite roomy for the price. Well managed. Utilities all included in the bill. The shower runs nice and hot. Shuttle stop nearby CVS super close Some restaurants in walkable distance Cons: False fire alarms too frequent: The only real problem. No grocery store nearby. Long waitlist for parking (+outdoor parking). No ceiling lights. The floor layout is a bit weird : pillars are bulging out of the corners of the rooms. Eats up the space quite a bit."
"Very nice and safe students housing"
"The office workers here are constantly mad at you for no reason - you are expected to ask them NO questions at all. They should choose another career for themselves. Cleaning nuclear waste from Chernobyl could be a good career path for them."
